About The Owner

After years of working in the Tamworth hospitality industry, Colin Knights has breathed new life into the Old Bell Tower, now called The Bell House Tamworth.

Colin started his chef apprenticeship in 1999 and has created top quality dishes for Tamworth residents and visitors at various locations over the years like Stetsons Steakhouse, The Longyard and a few cafes in between.

It has been Colin's dream to have is own place and now it's a reality serving breakfast and lunch dishes that have an Asian and Mediterranean twist and of course a good dash of his own style.
